Our manufacturing plant locates in Xintang, China, with a capacity of 130000 ft2 and over 500 workers. The plant operates 24 hours a day and produces over 3 million zipper monthly. We have our own dying department, electro-plating department, moulding department, etc. Every production process is under our control and thus the quality of our product is ensured.
We are the manufacturer of zippers for well over three decades. A wide range of materials is selected such as nylon, brass, antique brass, black brass, and derlin (vislon). Special types include circuit, open end and closed end are available as customer request.
Meanwhile, our company also manufactures various types of metal buttons and accessories. Buttons such as Jeans buttons, snap buttons, and alloy buttons are provided to our valuable customers. Eyelets, rivets, metal plates, and buckles are also available to our customers. For the metal depart ment itself, we produce 200000 gross of metal buttons per month......
